Refund & Exchange Policy

Overview

We take pride in the quality of our handmade goods. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you in selecting a replacement item.

Due to the nature of our small business, and the fact that most orders are custom, we do not accept returns.

 

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Sale Items and Gift Cards


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Initiating a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
