Very pretty , took a while to receive but the owner responded quickly to my emails , I wasn’t clear on the shipping date only problem was the little bow was not attached it was still with straight pin in place , and I also accidentally iron over one of the plastic snaps and melted it so I’m disappointed I won’t be able to give to my granddaughter

First of all Happy 4th of July. Second of all, I am so so sorry. I will definitely try and get this resolved as soon as possible. Can we offer you another bubble? Or a refund? I can have a new bubble in the mail in a matter of two days. Please just let me know.
I want you to know that I rarely get bad reviews because I take great pride in all of my work, but I appreciate your honesty. I just cannot let you accept an unfinished and broken product without resolving the problem. Please let me know what would make you happy. I would love to fix this situation.
